Summer-Fall Runners Shop Run Club Membership
6 Month Club Membership, $30 monthly, 6 month commitment.
Membership includes a copy of a Runners Shop team plan 4 x per year. Start/End dates for each training block are based on the Toronto team goals.
OPTIONS:
Interim races can be customized into the team plans by your coach, on an as desired basis.
All runs start from at 374 Bloor St W.
Club Membership Schedule:
- Thursdays at 6:30 pm (Coached)
- Saturdays at 8:00 am (5-10k casual)
- Sundays at 8:00 am (10k ) (Coached)
